Had a little traning session at a random somewhere.

We had nothing to do this whole "merdeka" holidays, so Justin and me went to Jusco today to watch a movie, UP, and it's really a must-watch movie for everybody. The beginning is very touching, the middle-part is quite funny, and the last part is very thrilling. After the movie, we went to Mac-D, and Justin thought about going to the rooftop parking section to train parkour... Very good idea, and the parking lot was empty too... Good for us to try it out...

Don't know what pose is this... XD

Ah.... A much more cooler pose....

We trained balance, twist vault, some kong, and climbing efficiency. We had a lot of fun there... Sorry that we didn't invite you, Desmond.... We trained until we were all sweaty, and go back into the shopping complex to get some cool air.

Maybe we will invite you guys there..... Haha... If we're lucky.... Anyway, that's all for today.... Hope that we can have more fun since the group training...

Desmond learning cooking.....

Sorry for abandoning the blog, as we were busy with our school life.... But we will not do so again! Never....

This was last Friday, during our quarantine days.

We started training in the morning at 7.30, with me, Justin, Desmond, and a new member, Kuga. He's keen to learn parkour with us after he saw our "cameo" at school.... We teach him the basic, train him to land and roll correctly, and he's slacking. "Keen to learn". But he don't want to try rolling..... The grass was wet that day, so I forgive him..... We train until 9.00 and if you saw Desmond's blog, you'll know what happened. He wanted to learn to cook fried rice and fried eggs as his maid is going back to her hometown. So I suggested that they, including Kuga, to come to my house to teach Desmond and have lunch at my house. We made an appointment to meet at my house by 12 in the afternoon. Kuga came first, at 11.... Justin arrived at 11.30.... Desmond? 1 o'clock. Still a slowpoke.... Justin taught us about the ingredients needed, how to cut an onion, the correct way to use the spatula, and the whole she-bang.

These are the pictures..... Enjoy.....

Justin teaching Desmond the right way to hold a spatula.

Justin's hands are so fast.... Wish I could be like him..

.
Desmond's turn to try...

He quite good in it.... Got talent, maybe?

Me cutting the onions. MY EYES HURTS!!

Me trying to cook. Did you see some rice that spilled? That's Justin, not me....

A posing moment with Justin....

Meet Kuga.

Kuga playing my computer. Didn't bother to help us to cook. SLACKER!

Playing Need For Speed Most Wanted. He's in a total obsession into this game.

Lunch time!!!

After eating, we have to clean the kitchen and wash the dishes.... And after that, Kuga and Desmond went to watch a movie "The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift". Justin's turn to use the computer and surf the web.... We had a great time there, and we welcome Kuga as our member.....

Hope we can enjoy moments like these again.

Group Training!!

This Wednesday, the whole team members , except for Jun Fai, which he claims that he really cannot come, meet up at Justin's house for our first group training. We started late because waiting for Desmond to come.... We started with warm-ups, light stretch, then the first training came.... Sprint from Justin's house to the training grounds. It was approximately 250m(no joking here....) and the last to arrive will have to do push-ups 10 times, as detention. 3....2.....1.... GO!!! Everybody did their best, but there must be one loser right?? That loser is.... DESMOND!!! NO!!!! YOU ARE THE OLDEST MEMBER HERE!!! HOW COULD YOU?! Never mind that.... Then, a challenge from Justin.....To climb up a bar without using any support such as poles or anything what-so-ever. One person to climb up the bar= 5 push-ups for Justin. Each person failed will cost them 5 push-ups. And me, the vice will have to give them an example on how to climb the bar. When I did that, first response from Keat Leong:"Walao eh...." 5 members tried it, 5 members failed. "PUSH-UPS TIME!" said Justin.... everybody got down, and done their push-ups. Training no.2, learning to roll. Keat Leong excel in it, but there were still flaws. Good work, Keat Leong! But, Teck Chuan, doesn't seem to understand how to roll... He cannot bent his body while rolling, his legs are straight up, pointing the sky. Keep up, Teck Chuan, you can make it.... Ivan, you have the concept to roll perfectly, but it seems that you don't have the guts to do it.... You have to be brave, Ivan.... Training no.3, jump from a high level. The level to jump from is equal to a normal staircase, but slighty shorter than it. William, you done it correctly, but you did not roll fast enough. But I was still very proud of your performance that day. Ivan, you still don't dare to jump from there.... IT'S NOT THAT TALL, FOR PETE'S SAKE!! Keat Leong, after you tried your first time, you instantly gone "high" for a verrrrrrrrrrryyyyy long time.... Learn to calm down, really.... Sorry, Teck Chuan, that I didn't give much attention to you. Desmond, it seems you're slacking that day. Then, Justin and me found a swinging bench, and there is a gap that we can try an underbar. We did that, and there are some photos.....

Justin doing the underbar. Still need
improvement, though....

Me doing the underbar. VERY RETARDED!!
Justin said that I should launch myself
earlier to the air......

Then, as usual.... A game of tag. Again? No, guys.... This tag have one rule and one rule only: You must be above the ground. Once you touch the ground, you're it! Then, we played, and, a group of people in a spot, waiting to be tagged... The ones who were tagged must count for ten seconds before they can tag again. Everybody done their best at avoiding, but of course, inevitablely, everyone of them will be tagged, even me and the leader....Our way back home....

The best moment of that day finally ended.... Hope we all can train together frequently to keep our spirits up.... So long for now.....
